Terms & Conditions for Masseur Members

By submitting payment for your renewal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the general Member Agreement posted on Man2ManMassages.com. Renewal constitutes acceptance of continuation of your professional listing and network membership privileges for the stated term.

Each membership term is valid for the duration indicated on your invoice (e.g., Annual, 25 Leads, or 10 Leads). Renewal secures uninterrupted visibility on the Man2ManMassages Network and continued access to member benefits.

All subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once paid. Unless otherwise specified, memberships will not renew automatically. It is the member’s responsibility to make payment upon receipt of the renewal invoice.

Cancellations or a Pause in membership must be submitted in writing by email to man2manmassages@gmail.com.  No partial or prorated refunds/credits are provided after renewal. A member who pauses their membership for a period of time will be able to return to the Network for the remainder of the period, or until all Credits have been used.

Members must comply with applicable laws of Canada and the professional conduct standards established by Man2ManMassages.com. Any content, imagery, or conduct deemed inappropriate, misleading, or unlawful may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund. Any communication with a site visitor which promotes a sexual service shall be grounds for immediate and permanent removal from the Man2ManMassages Network.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining accurate and current information in their listings, including service descriptions, rates, and contact details. False representation may result in listing removal and forfeiture of membership. 

Man2ManMassages.com acts as a networking and advertising platform and does not verify or endorse individual services beyond general eligibility screening. The company is not liable for any claims, disputes, or damages arising from client interactions or bookings. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Man2ManMassages.com and its affiliates from any such claims. 

Man2ManMassages.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued membership constitutes acceptance of any changes. 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario. 

Subscribers (members) with an active account are free to use the Man2ManMassages logo on social media posts to promote their massage practice.

Unless the member is a fully licensed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) they may not, for any reason, use this term in any communication (email, or advertising). Members, except those who are are RMTs, may not use the word "therapy" in any description of their massage services. False representation WILL result in listing removal and forfeiture of membership.
