Varied fluid long sweeping strokes of body part with focused work on smaller areas. Pressure varied from light to deep. Great repertoire of techniques. Massage was 1 hour and I was never bored as there was so much changing of style. This was my first session, but I imagine the skill level of this Masseur would make each session unique.
